Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer the day to day operations of the Baseball Program.
- Coordinate all aspects of team travel. Candidate will have to travel with team.
- Create and maintain all necessary business office documents related to team travel and recruiting, including submitting forms for reimbursement and payment.
- Assist the Head Coach and Assistant Coaches with coordinating recruiting.
- Plan and organize Arizona’s and visiting team’s practices.
- Works directly with academics and compliance ensuring NCAA compliance.
- Serve as primary contact with various internal constituents, such as event management, public relations, marketing, sports information, Wildcat Club and others, working in cooperation with their efforts in conjunction with baseball program.
- Assist in developing and maintaining public relations programs. Aid in design and development of a program to reach out to the community, schools, and other service organizations.
- Aide incoming student-athletes with initial paperwork and requirement, serve as point of reference.
- Assist Head Coach in budget development and oversee purchasing and expenses
- Supervise and act as a liaison on all baseball external programs.
- Coordinate usage and preparation of baseball facilities and equipment for use in practice and games.
- Supervise student managers.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of NCAA, Pac-12, and University of Arizona rules and regulations

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- One year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree.
- Experience working with a diverse population.
- Experience with various computer programs, including MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Page Maker, and other software programs.
- Experience working and interacting with staff, faculty, and student-athletes.
- Experience with simultaneously managing multiple tasks.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University’s campuses.
