Direct Support Professional (DSP) Full Time and Part Time

Now Hiring! Enjoy a rewarding career in the Social Service field. Full Time and Part Time Resident Program Workers needed working with adults with intellectual developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting.
Must be willing to travel to locations in Chester County, ie. Phoenixville, Malvern, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Parkesburg, West Chester.
Responsibilities: Assist individuals with their daily living tasks. Housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medical appointments
$300 Sign on Bonus for all positions after 90 days of employment.
Hours: Full Time 40 hours/5 days per week and Part Time 8-24 hours/2-3 days per week options available.
Full Time 2nd $20.00/hour($21.50/hour pay differential for FT working every weekend)Shift: 3pm-11pm 5 days per week. Must be willing to work every other weekend for Full Time. Pay differential for every weekend.
Part Time 2nd $20.00/hour PT 2nd Weekend shift; $18.25 PT 2nd Weekday: 3pm-11pm; 2-4 shifts per week (M-F).
PT Weekend
$20.25/hour: PT Every Weekend 1-3 shifts ; $18.75/hour: PT Every Other Weekend 1-3 shifts every other weekend.
FT Weekend $21.50/hour: 7am-11pm Saturday and Sunday (FT 32 hours per week)
FT Monday-Friday $17.00/hour: Monday-Friday : 7am-3pm (Part Time option 2-3 days)
FT Day Shift Weekday plus Weekend $18.75/hour: Full Time Day Every Other Weekend : 7am-3pm 3-5 weekdays and every other Saturday and Sunday. FT Day Every Weekend $20.25; 3 weekday 7-3pm shift plus every Sat/Sun 7-3.
FT 3rd shift $17.75/hour: Hours between 11pm-8am 4-5 shifts per week, every other weekend required for FT. Pay Differential $19.25 for EVERY Weekend FT3rd shift.
PT 3rd shift 1-3 shifts per week ($16-19.25/hour depending on weekend work); $16/hr weekday only; $17.75/hr PT 3rd every other weekend; $19.25 Every Weekend Fri/Sat 3rd shift
Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver’s license
