A Caring Heart Case Management is seeking multiple roles and is looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team in providing comprehensive care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients by offering empathy, energy, and encouragement to promote their independence and well-being. Schedules:
Monday - Friday: 9a - 3p
Requirements:
Experience working with those with developmental disabilities preferred.
Must be dependable with a good work ethic.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must have a reliable vehicle and safe driving record.
Must have a valid drivers license and state minimum auto insurance.
Must have minimum 3 years unsupervised driving experience.
Background checks will be performed on all applicants.

Prior experience working with client who have intellectual and developmental disabilities

About This Position (Habilitation Technician):
All trainings will be provided by A Caring Heart.
Habilitative services provide instruction to individuals to help them learn, retain, or improve skills for maximal functioning.
Skill building focuses on self-care, household maintenance, social and communication skills, money management, social and community inclusion, mobility employment, and self-regulation.
Services will be provided in the home, community and day program.
