Our team is in pursuit of a new Direct Customer Support Representative to foster the growth we have seen this year. The Direct Customer Support Representative will represent our clients with sophistication and production. The new Direct Customer Support Representative will be paired up with another individual from our team and interact with customers on a day-to-day basis. Our Direct Customer Support Representative is known for achieving established goals, identifying and analyzing problems as well as offering solutions that produce positive results. Our company continues to cultivate these standards by providing comprehensive and profound training for each employee on our team. The Day-to-Day Responsibilities of a Direct Customer Support Representative:
Work within a team environment and communicate with the team and other leaders on a consistent basis
Lead and manage a cohesive team-spirited environment within the office and when meeting with consumers
Coach other team members to help develop their talents and strengthen the company’s overall skills
Assist in driving the customer service team to reach sales quotas by utilizing sales skills and creating excellent experiences for all customers
Travel locally within a twenty-mile radius to meet with customers alongside another Customer Service Associates
Direct Customer Support Representative Qualifications and Requirements:
Strong business acumen along with strong interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to lead, manage conflict and hold others accountable
Prioritize tasks appropriately whether it’s within a team on individually
Delegate tasks as needed to team members
Experience within customer service, sales-based or management environment are all qualities we see as an asset
