Designated Manager for DHS 245D Services-Upper Management

We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our leadership team as a Designated Manager. Position Overview: As a key member of our management team, you will take a leadership role in managing and developing our care programs, including opening new developments, recruiting, training and coaching staff. This person requires someone who will create a positive team culture, ensure compliance with MN DHS 245D policies and provide excellent service to our clients with disabilities, including those with epilepsy. You'll need to be confident, flexible and ready to step in as needed to manage 24-hour care services. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and oversight for the company's DHS 245D services.
Ensure compliance with all MN DHS 245D regulations
Assist in the recruitment, training and coaching of staff.
Lead in opening developments and creating new growth opportunities.
Build and foster a strong, collaborative team environment.
Assist in completing annual renewals and outcomes.
Provide hands-on leadership by example and stepping in to fill shifts when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to create efficient systems and solutions.
Utilize excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Google Drive to manage documentation and communication.
Lead with a positive attitude and foster a fun, creative and dedicated work environment.
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in a field related to working with individuals with disabilities.
Proven experience as a Designated Manager or in a similar upper management role.
Experience managing 24-hour care services for individuals with disabilities, including those with epilepsy.
Strong problem-solving, leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence, flexibility and ability to adapt to changing environments.

Work Schedule:
Typically, Monday through Friday, but flexibility is required to work outside of regular hours based on operational needs.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as occasional travel may be necessary.
Familiarity with epilepsy and experience providing care to individuals with epilepsy is preferred.
