Find a rewarding career at TRL Systems! As the Estimating Department Administrator you will play a key role in supporting all team members within the department and will manage customer relations, data management, sales support and processing, and department reporting as needed.
To succeed in this role you will need to manage daily administrative needs of their department, data management, sales support and processing, department reporting as needed, policy and procedure identification and development, field and project support, service board management, document compilation and contractor/customer relations.
Essential Functions:
- Provide administrative support to Account Executives, Project Managers and Department Management
- Enter customers, vendors, subcontractors, contracts, and agreements into CRM system
- Compile estimates, bid requests, customer proposals, and contracts/agreements
- Update project boards in CRM with most current and relevant information
- Coordinate department activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and legal requirements
- Punctuality and regular attendance
Position Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid California Driver License, and proof of auto insurance.
