We are seeking a dependable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our busy delivery team. You will load up your truck with orders and deliver them to customer locations around the local area. We expect you to be courteous and professional when interacting with customers. All our delivery staff must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to list up to 50 pounds. You also must be familiar with the area to ensure you make on-time deliveries.
As warehouse workers are tasked with opening containers and stocking products, attention to detail as well as organizational skills are essential to properly execute the position. A warehouse worker clerk will generally possess a high school diploma or GED certification.
Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
Load and organize product inventory from the warehouse into your vehicle and unload products in and out of the truck as needed throughout the day
Follow scheduled route for daily deliveries
Ensure products are delivered in a timely manner
Collect signature or payment, if necessary, upon arrival to the recipient client
Document delivery time and location
Keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy
Maintain truck to ensure it remains in good driving condition
Delivery Driver Requirements and Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED certificate
· Valid driver’s license
· A clean driving record with no moving violations
· Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles
· Physically fit and strong, able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
· Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts is a plus
· Dependable and hardworking
Responsibilities for Warehouse Worker

• Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
• Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition
• Organize and sort items on shelving, bins and overhangs according to company standards

Qualifications for Warehouse Worker

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many warehouse items are cumbersome and heavy
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining and organized warehouse
• Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred
• Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard
