Delivery Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced truck driver to help RPSS INC deliver packages for FEDEX Ground. Preferably a driver who is already in the Fedex System or is famaliar with it. Full-Time route that only consists of 50-83 stops out of a P1000 truck. we only Operate Mon-Fri with weekends being optional, 8 hours a day. Pay is $1,000/week before taxes & pay is weekly. If you do not have experience with Fedex its okay, but prior delivery experience/customer service experience is required. We operate in the city of Commerce California & dispatch out of Santa Fe Springs/Norwalk California.
Duties

Safely operate a P1000 truck to deliver (min.50 stops) (max.80 stops) Monday-Friday. While also Performing 1-4 Daily pickups
Be able to organize & load your truck for maximum efficency
Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with clients during deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any issues or delays encountered.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks for efficient loading and unloading of goods.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Experience

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is beneficial.
Experience in warehouse operations or courier services is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving is advantageous.
