Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in a daycare setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Implement age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood development and learning.
- Support the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics and behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Provide basic first aid when necessary and adhere to safety protocols.
