This position is responsible for ensuring that One Call tickets and locates are completed within the legal time limit, monitoring all excavation activity, responding to any questions and/or emergencies that arise regarding One Call tickets, training for and administration of the company's One Call excavation policy and state One Call laws, conducting regulatory compliance audits on federally applicable locations, drone surveys for site security plan development, engineering reviews, and reclamation monitoring, and completing assignment and inspection of projects as required.
Essential Job Functions
Complete One Call tickets in compliance with state laws
Locate, paint/flag and map underground utilities utilizing traditional and GPS methods. Manage the one call mapping database, conduct top of pipe GPS collection ensuring accuracy of ESRI Arc GIS mapping mode
Monitor and inspect underground utilities during excavation, hydro-vac and boring activities
Provide guidance and development of GIS tools.
Utilize Arc GIS pro to build maps, audit, edit and maintain data
Respond to emergency One Call tickets within two hours including evening and weekend call outs as necessary
Participate in excavation incident investigations.
Complete required H2S training

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Must be at least 21 years old for Company motor vehicle insurance
Must live within 50-mile radius of Williston, ND
Physical Requirements
Able to handle exposure to extreme weather conditions and areas where hazardous chemicals are present
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, kneel, stoop, sit and walk extensively Ability to successfully complete a post-offer/pre-employment drug screen, background check, physical, and to be able to meet all physical requirements of the job
