Our company is currently seeking a full time, experienced Customer Service Representative to help grow and assist our Customer Service department. Hours are M-F, 8:00am – 5pm with an hour lunch. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate superior service to Radian’s customers by adding value to their consumer experience. This position starts at $21.00/hr. with possibility to increase at 90 days and annual compensation appraisals. This role also has the potential to travel to trade shows and various other sales opportunities, if desired. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: · Responsible to handle customer service inquiries by phone or email in a professional manner, using courteous and empathic techniques. · Maintain and update financial account information using our computer software. · Select appropriate responses to customer issues and work quickly to resolve them. · Refer advanced cases to CSR Manager for resolution, providing background information as needed. · Process Return to Manufacture Authorization (RMA) requests in a timely manner. · Maintain extensive knowledge of entire Radian line, including all products offered and upcoming products. · Grow existing customer accounts through offering exceptional customer service and effective sales techniques. · Meet quantitative performance metrics as outlined by CSR Manager. · Process sales through website and phone calls. Customer Service Representative Requirements: · Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills. · Comprehension of AR-15s basic functionality and other firearms. · Comfortable working in a high-volume role. · Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively. · Experience with Microsoft Office. · Able to creatively think and problem solve. · Capable to learn new programs and software quickly. · Uncompromised dedication to superior customer service, representing Radian to the highest extent possible.
