We seek a motivated and experienced Curriculum Designer and Trainer to join our team temporarily. The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate in designing a comprehensive curriculum framework for a training program focused on addressing tensions and conflicts associated with allegations of discrimination in K-12 schools. The successful candidate will develop engaging and interactive learning materials, ensure alignment with established learning objectives and instructional strategies, and co-lead the pilot training.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending, carrying 10-15 pounds of objects/material, not exposed to extreme noise level, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands or arms, stooping, kneeling, tasting or smell.
