Shift Differential: Available for nurses working a minimum of 5 hours per shift.
On-Call: Optional, with a $5.00/hour compensation and an additional $100.00 when called into action.
Stay Over: $100 bonus for covering 4 hours due to call-outs.
Acuity Need: Additional compensation for high acuity shifts: $100 for 4 hours, $200 for 8 hours, $300 for 12 hours.
Compensation: $33-$36 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:
Licensure: Active North Carolina RN licensure.
Experience: At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
Training: Required training completion within 90 days of hire: 12 hours of Person-Centered Thinking.
Driver's License: Valid Driver's License.
Position-Specific Training: LSCI, SCM, Ukeru training as required.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive patient care.

Experience:
