Cricket Wireless Bilingual Sales Rep (Tacoma 38th)
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain and organize stock inventory to ensure availability of products
- Demonstrate knowledge of various technology products and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers
- Utilize phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone
- Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system
Skills:
