The Wireless Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a retail wireless store. Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour

Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and organized efficiently.
- Implement employee orientation programs to onboard new staff effectively.
- Handle payroll processes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain high standards of phone etiquette to ensure professional communication with customers.
- Assist in retail management tasks, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members to improve selling techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment.
- Strong background in retail management with proven experience in leading teams.
- Proficient in inventory control and management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Experience as an assistant manager or similar role is preferred.
- Ability to sell effectively while providing exceptional customer service.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
