Job Summary: The Contact Center Representative is responsible for taking calls from new patients and answering any questions or concerns they may have. Key responsibilities include interacting with patients to gather required information in preparation for the new patient’s appointment. This position is located within the clinic and will occasionally be patient facing. Preferred Qualifications and Abilities:
