Construction Project Manager

- Bachelor s Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent industry experience
- 7+ Years of Experience in highly complex and related commercial or industrial construction projects
- Analytical and Organizational problem solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Team leadership, motivational, and accountability skills
- Advanced knowledge of construction contracting, processes, means and methods
- Technology Savvy
- Desire to invest in the career development of other team members
