Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor Location: Westchester County
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Job Overview: The Construction Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and according to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the construction site. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Monitor and enforce safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections. Oversee subcontractors and crew members, providing guidance and support as needed. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and clients. Manage and document project progress, preparing reports as required. Identify and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.
Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role. Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
