Di Stefano Brothers Concrete Coatings is looking to hire a full-time Portuguese Speaking Concrete Coatings Production Manager to work with our Connecticut-based field crews to oversee production. From mentoring and coaching the install teams, to creating and managing the job schedules, to moving jobs as needed due to weather, you are able to lead the field crews and coordinate jobs seamlessly. This position earns a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000/year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION MANAGER
As a Concrete Coatings Production Manager you will work with the field crews to oversee and manage all production. You create and manage the job schedule, and move jobs as needed due to weather conditions. You work closely with your teams, managing and coaching as needed. You order and maintain inventory and work closely with the Quality Control Manager to ensure our high standards are met and exceeded.
