Computer Technician (Laptop Refurbishment & Operating System Installation)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Computer Technician. The primary focus of this position will be refurbishing laptops and installing operating systems on refurbished devices.
We are willing to train if you are good with technology and hand tools, the right candidate will also have the ability to work quickly and independently.
The position is full time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
Refurbishing Laptops:

Inspect laptops, identify any defects, and repair when applicable.
Repairs are generally limited to replacing defective laptop components (HDD/SSD, batteries, memory, keyboards, and screens)
Test laptops to ensure they meet quality standards.

Laptop Configuration and Operating System Installation:

Configure laptop storage and memory based on customer requirements.
Installation of Windows operating systems.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
Tech Savy, Good problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work quickly and independently.
Effective communication skills to interact with other team members, but you will not have to deal with the public or clients directly.
