Computer Repair Technician

The Computer Technician provides intake, diagnosis, and technical repair work on customer devices based on the team assignment. This is a basic overview of the responsibilities that all technicians will have regardless of level.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

Troubleshoot device issues using customer notes and a full diagnosis to identify source of error, assigning repair grade based on the problems
Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts using provided tools
Complete a thorough quality assurance review of all completed repairs, ensuring technology is working to customer and Vivacity expectations
Prepare serviced products for shipment, creating boxes and packing to ensure safe and timely delivery
Maintain organization of designated work stations
Cross-trained in Production to assist as business dictates
Present relevant work updates and data to Team Lead
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead
