This role involves working with a variety of roofing materials and systems, such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and built-up roofing.

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Commercial Roofers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing roofs on commercial buildings, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship. This role involves working with a variety of roofing materials and systems, such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and built-up roofing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace roofing systems on commercial buildings.
- Inspect roofs to assess damage, identify leaks, or evaluate conditions for maintenance or replacement.
- Apply waterproofing materials and coatings to ensure roofs are weather-resistant and durable.
- Safely operate hand and power tools, roofing equipment, and materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine project requirements.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and use protective equipment, including harnesses and scaffolding.
- Collaborate with team members, contractors, and supervisors to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
- Document work completed and report issues or progress to supervisors.
- Proven experience as a commercial roofer or similar role.
- Familiarity with a variety of roofing materials and systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal roofing).
- Strong understanding of roofing techniques, tools, and safety standards.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs.).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Certification in OSHA safety training (preferred).
