Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a vast knowledge of Mastercam and a proven track record of programming complex parts with precision and efficiency.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Programmer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a vast knowledge of Mastercam and a proven track record of programming complex parts with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC milling programs using Mastercam software.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints and CAD models.
- Set up and operate 4 and 5 axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and quality standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC milling programming.
- Extensive knowledge of Mastercam software.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and CAD models.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with other CAD/CAM software.
- Knowledge of multi-axis CNC programming.
- Certification in CNC programming or machining.
