The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for leading teams, developing programs, ensuring compliance, and maintaining quality metrics to support effective clinical operations and patient care. This role emphasizes promoting customer service standards, encouraging team collaboration, and ensuring consistent attendance. Key duties include mentoring team members, managing workloads, payroll, and staffing, and overseeing program development. Additionally, the manager will handle Health Information Exchange accounts, build relationships with partners, and participate in meetings with providers and senior leadership. Monitoring compliance and credential expiration dates is also a crucial part of this role. Schedule: Monday-Friday (Hybrid) Must Haves:
Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing
Three plus years of nursing leadership experience with multi-location healthcare
Previous experience with Dialysis and rounding for Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease / End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD)
Proficient experience with Excel and Microsoft products including outlook and word
2 years’ experience managing a clinical team
