Position Summary:
As a Regional Clinical Director at BHG, you'll lead clinical quality management initiatives across treatment centers within a geographic network. Ensure alignment with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements while supporting clinical teams.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and training to clinical supervisors.
- Oversee chart auditing and quality improvement processes.
- Facilitate clinical training and policy review.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional and program directors on initiatives.
- Licensure (LICSW or LPC)and master’s degree required.
- Minimum five years' experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding auditing.
- Ability to manage workload and mentor staff effectively.
- Effective communication via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person.
- Travel up to 50% to treatment centers and meetings.
- Variable workload with occasional high stress.
- Standard medical office conditions; prolonged keyboarding.
