We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing essential support in clinical settings, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. Accepting applications from individuals with passion in healthcare.Current position encourages MA, LVN, LPT, LPN EMT and CNA .You will be trained to operate TMS machine( Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). It is a FDA approved advanced technology used to treat major depressive disorder, postpartum depression, anxiety disorders , OCD and PTSD. It is a outpatient procedure used for patients who have not responded well to drug therapy. You will be trained to administer in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of our treating physician(s). This individual's primary responsibility will be to administer and manage specific clinical services, interact regularly with patients, and complete additional office administrative tasks when time permits. This individual will work closely with our providers and clinical staff and be responsible for daily treatments, patient scheduling, and updates to patient records. They will also learn how to discuss what TMS is (training provided), how it works, and what to expect with interested prospective patients. Technicians are also responsible for all administrative aspects of the treatments, including scheduling, tracking insurance authorizations, administering psychiatric rating scales, and patient. Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Delivering TMS Treatment to our patients - training is provided
Providing educational consultations to interested patients
Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions
Office administrative tasks such as managing leads, reporting statistical activity to center manager, scheduling appointments, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
Follow established treatment and office procedures
Maintain a high degree of accuracy regarding all details
Administer treatments according to specific physician protocols. Set up the treatment sessions for patient comfort and treatment accuracy.- Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients struggling with depression and/or anxiety.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with patient comfort, coil contact, and TMS system setup throughout treatment.- Administer psychiatric rating scales and counsel patients on completion of scales.- Record session notes, track insurance authorizations, and schedule patient visits using EMR and medical scheduling software.- Track Blood Pressure and Patient reactions- Communicate with a team of certified TMS psychiatrists who oversee patient treatment at multiple office locations.- Support the Patient Care Coordinator team as needed.
Qualifications:- At least two years of experience working in medical / mental health is required preferred.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- We are the premier clinic for cutting-edge TMS treatments We will provide all necessary training but having experience with EMR and direct patient care are a necessary foundation. Minimum Qualifications:
Two or more years of related experience required (CNA, CMT, Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician (Ultrasound, Radiology, Dialysis, Pharm)
Proficient in Microsoft Office with exposure to some data management software experience
Experience addressing any patient's medical conditions or symptoms
Soft marketing / administrative clerical work
Experience with operating a medical/mechanical device preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Electronic Healthcare Record Experience
Insurance knowledge
Clinical Interviewing
Basic Life Support Certification
Bachelor’s degree (any)
Psychology degree (preferred)

Clinic hours of operation are 8:00am - 5pm, Monday through Friday; however these hours may be flexible and will vary depending on patient needs. Assist healthcare providers in delivering patient care by preparing examination rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
Conduct routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, collecting samples, and documenting patient information accurately.
