Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor and housekeeper to join our teams. We offer residential and commercial cleaning. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring that the facilities and or homes are safe and well-cared for.
*Responsibilities*
- Clean, sanitize restrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, break rooms, and other common areas of homes and commercial settings
- Perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet shampooing
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Perform custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning
*Skills*
- (Not Required) Experience in commercial or residential cleaning
- (Best) Knowledge of floor care techniques including chemical uses and adequite tools
- (Not Required) Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and shampooers
-( Not Required)Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks
- (MUST) Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and with a team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
