Chiropractic Assistant for Natural Healthcare Office

Looking for an enthusiastic, bubbly, multi-tasker who is driven and a self-starter to be an asset to the well-being of our clients.

Description

This position has many different attributes to it and you will need to be able to do and train on them all. This is a Full-time position. Candidate MUST be able to work Monday - Thursday and Half-Day Friday, no exceptions. Qualified candidate will be looking for LONG TERM and not just a job. Must be able to operate well and efficiently, in a fast-paced environment and be willing to learn new techniques. Must have positive attitude, trustworthy, honest and coachable. Must be willing and able to be on your feet for your entire shift. Candidates must be dependable, health conscious, honest, hard-working and have the ability to change from one task to another as needed. You are not just an employee but a central figure in the healing and hope our clinic provides patients. Must be a team player and also able to work on your own. This person needs to be adaptable and ready to learn and change tasks at a moment’s notice. If you are a job hopper, please do not apply.

Location: Synergy Integrated Health (Escondido)

Type: Full-Time, M-Th 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm

Pay Range: $19-22/hour + Performance Bonuses

Training: Dive into Success with On-site Training Provided! Therapy tech, caretaker or direct patient experience will receive priority.

Who we are looking for:

The following are not hard requirements, but will receive priority.

High school diploma/GED
Experience or certification in massage therapy, physical therapy aide or experience working hands on with patients.
Strong focus on assisting with therapeutic treatments, including exercises, stretches, and manual therapies, to support patients in their healing process
Passion for fitness, nutrition, natural health and wellness
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
Knowledge of basic human anatomy and physiology
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred (Not mandatory)
Previous healthcare experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
