We are seeking an active candidate with a friendly smile, a positive attitude and extraordinary people skills. Additional attributes include: having the ability to multi-task and prioritize for a long-term career opportunity, has computer skills and willing to learn on the job. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the medical field and be familiar with physical & rehabilitation medicine.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Must have phone etiquette to answer phone calls.
  • Schedule appointments for patients and update patient records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with physical therapy treatments as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
  • Have basic knowledge and comfort with computers and office equipment.
  • Must be dependable, dedicated and reliable.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
