Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Educate children in various subjects, including basic literacy, numeracy, arts, and social skills.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Supervise children during playtime and structured activities to ensure safety.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and staff about children's needs and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Background in early childhood education or related field is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Experience in infant care or babysitting is a plus.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
- Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
