Luxury hotel is looking to add a Southeast Asian Chef de Cuisine to their team.
Qualifications:
- Southeast Asian experience required
- Prior leadership experience required
- Luxury/upscale experience preferred
- Lead and inspire the team to prepare each and every dish with the highest attention to detail and must be able to mentor and teach the team to maintain motivation and commitment.
- Collaborate in the creation of the menu, ensuring a high level of performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Guest satisfaction in our restaurants revolves around the food appearance, high quality of the food, and overall dining experience.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
