About Us:
At Home Instead, we provide exceptional care for adults who wish to age gracefully in their own homes. Our caregivers work with individual clients or couples, offering services tailored to their unique needs. These include companionship, meal preparation, memory care, transportation, and specialized support. We foster a collaborative, team-centered environment, providing one-on-one training and ongoing team-building opportunities to ensure our caregivers feel supported and empowered in their roles.

Requirements to become a Caregiver with Home Instead®
Complete/Pass State of Alaska Fingerprint Background Check
Valid Driver's License
Valid Auto Insurance
Effectively Communicate in English
