Day-to-Day Duties (include, but are not limited to)
- Management of the Agency's Medication Administration Tasks
- RN Delegation
- Active role in the Agency's Quality Assurance Program
- Training of delegated skills to Care Professionals
- Ability to treat & care for seniors & their property w/ dignity & respect
- Ability to communicate w/ clients in a friendly, caring & congenial manner
