Car Sales Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong ability to connect with customers. This role involves guiding potential buyers through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a thorough understanding of our inventory and market trends. The Car Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-ups with potential buyers.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the dealership's inventory control system.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate vehicle financing options for customers.
  • Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and dealership promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Participate in dealership events and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales opportunities.
Skills
  • Strong public speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of inventory control processes within a dealership setting.
  • Familiarity with sales pipeline management techniques.
  • A proactive approach to upselling products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics affecting automotive sales.

Pay: $68,534.00 - $78,911.00 per year
