What You’ll Do: Strategic Planning and Execution
Collaborate across teams to create impactful campaigns, develop talent recommendations, and establish program KPIs that meet client objectives
Stay on top of social media and industry trends to craft cutting-edge campaigns
Analyze and report campaign performance, offering strategic recommendations for future initiatives
Project Management and Client Management
Manage all internal and client-facing deliverables, including tracking, timelines, agendas, recaps, presentations, and reporting
Work cross-functionally to ensure deadlines are met and goals are exceeded
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, providing top-tier service and leveraging your industry expertise to deliver solutions
Creative & Research Contributions
Assist with research, update talent bios, develop case studies, and maintain assets to support ongoing projects
Create detailed, client-facing casting and proposal decks that bring campaign visions to life
Maintain systems that streamline workflows and ensure efficiency
Who You Are:
A self-starter with a passion for talent, brand partnerships, social media, and marketing
A power user of You Tube, Meta, Tik Tok, X, Snapchat, Discord, Twitch and Patreon
Creative and strategic, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Highly detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a "get-it-done" attitude
Able to prioritize tasks and manage campaigns from start to finish
Your Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management tools.
Experience with Creator IQ is a plus
Skilled in problem-solving and developing innovative solutions
Previous experience in account management within the entertainment or marketing industry is preferred
Based in the Los Angeles area is preferred
