Requirements
Responsibilities
- Represent USF by providing outbound phone services to prospective students, current students, and alum. (Communication)
- Assist in supporting annual fundraising campaigns by providing outbound phone services. (Communication)
- Provide accurate data entry in Banner system. (Technology)
- Assist in maintaining various department reports as needed. (Professionalism)
- Perform clerical, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned. (Professionalism)
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous work experience in a customer service related position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
- Detail-oriented, able to function independently, self-starter.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent computer navigational, data entry and typing skills.
- Current student, minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Federal work study eligibility highly preferred.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.
- Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the university.
