Customer Service Representative I
- Handle inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and capture data accurately.
- Monitor customer accounts for irregularities.
- Educate customers on account terms and maintain up-to-date information.
- Forward delinquent accounts to Collections.
- Make outbound calls to resolve delinquent accounts (1-60 days past due).
- Handle inbound collection inquiries and follow up on customer insurance coverage.
- Review accounts for action within authorized limits.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and PC skills (MS Office).
