Our resources are located at our fleet deployment centers throughout Western Canada and the United States. **Job Summary:** We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Assist with project coordination and tracking - Perform general clerical duties including data entry, mailing, and filing - Credit Card reconciliation -New Hire onboarding -Database maintenance for HSE information (DISA, TPS, NCMS, Clearing House) -Community Relations (Parade of Lights etc) -Training compliance -Creating Purchase Orders **Skills:** - Excellent customer support abilities - Proficiency in office management tasks - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail - Professional phone etiquette - Previous experience as a personal assistant or front desk administrator is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills will be valued.
