Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to communicate clearly with both colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Manage incoming calls with professionalism and phone etiquette, ensuring all messages are accurately recorded and relayed.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
Assist in the coordination of office activities and events as needed.
Support payroll as backup
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency within the office environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or as an office assistant is preferred.
Strong customer support skills with a focus on delivering excellent service.
Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with Google Suite applications.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling calls professionally.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
