About the Role

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in managing complex, heavy civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of bridge construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with surveying and layout techniques.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent.
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Outdoor, construction-site environment with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy materials.
- May involve extended hours, weekends, or night shifts to meet project deadlines.
