We're looking for a full-time or part-time production pastry chef to join our growing team. This person will possess a strong work ethic, be well-organized and positive. Key qualifications:
Strive in fast-paced production environment and work efficiently to meet the production deadlines.
Highest standards and consistency in food preparation, sanitation and safety.
Able to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
Show respects for the equipment and facilities by adhering to cleaning and operations guideline.
Being able to lift up to 60 lbs and be physically active - you're constantly on your feet and moving through the kitchen.
Professional baking experience highly preferred, but not required
Open availability to work, including weekends and holidays.
