We are looking for exceptional team mates to join us at Oracle & Sage in Historic Eureka Springs, AR.
Job duties will be split between retail and services as well as working with groups and helping to market and grow the business and services. There's room to grow and create a magical job for yourself if you come in prepared to help do the work that can get you there. Your pay will start at above average for the retail industry with opportunities to increase (Hourly plus tips) with regular increases and incentives.
We are a small team and highly value our team members and ask that they be dependable above all else. You will need to be able to think on your feet and your way out of a box. In other words...there's a lot of variables with what we do and we need someone who can adjust quickly to meet the need of the client and the business. These are things we can't teach. Higher education is a plus but not required.
