Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintain office efficiency
- Manage office supplies inventory
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role
- Proficient with Quick Books
- Must possess good customer, service skills, and communication
- Familiarity with public accounting standards and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and 10-key typing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial concepts
