Job Summary
The BO (Back Office) position plays a crucial role in supporting the operational functions of our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that all back-office processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation related to back-office operations.
Assist with data entry and ensure data integrity across various systems.
Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and resolve any issues that arise.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Respond to internal inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to team members.
Requirements
Quickbooks Pro - Complete Proficiency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
10 Plus years experience in a back-office or administrative role is required
Proficient in Sales Taxes and Payroll Taxes.
