The Clinic BCBA/Clinical Supervisor functions as a clinical leader of a specific ABA site. They provide clinical oversight, training, and support of the site as well as the direct Clinical Supervisor for a caseload of clinic clients while on and off-site underneath the Lead Clinic BCBA. They are a valuable member of a multi-disciplinary team support the unique needs of a child and their family.

Job Description:
- Ensuring FBS values and culture is maintained at all times in clinic
- Provide treatment and behavior support all clients who are present at designated center
- Supporting the floor during all scheduled shifts, unless in meetings or dealing with other emergencies
- Communicates with all members of the Treatment Team regarding client specific information, including program changes, parent information, staff issues or training
- Supervises and provides feedback to all paraprofessionals present during clinic hours
- Creates, oversees, and updates Behavior Intervention Plans
- Conducts individualized assessments based on client's needs
- Ensure Behavior Plans are being followed throughout the week
- Ensure treatment integrity is maintained by overseeing accurate electronic data collection
- Communicate with other Supervisors and SC any issues/concerns/feedback via email/teams
- Selects, monitor, and update behavior goals, programming, and obectives, including ADL skills
- Collaborate with all internal and outside providers
- Directs all Clinical decisions during scheduled shifts, alongside other BCBAs, and under the direction of Lead BCBA
- Assists Site Coordinator in handling crises and emergencies
- Oversees all documentation for behavior crises during scheduled shift
- Responsible for all case-related Clinical Supervisor responsibilities
- All other tasks, as directed by the Clinical Director
Requirements:
Master's Degree in ABA
BCBA/BCa BA certification
Experience working with children with Autism or related disabilities

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
