Our facility is looking for a BHT Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. The BHT Supervisor is an individual who provides support to the medical and clinical staff, anticipating needs while managing the day‐to‐day workflow and prioritizing various projects. The BHT Supervisor will perform, coordinate and oversee operational duties while providing an extensive level of support. A vital component of his/her duties is to work closely with other departments in the company to deliver effective services to the program. MUST have a Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving History. Responsibilities:
Assure that the facility is fully stocked, that needed supplies are ordered in advance, and manage related expenses to assure that unnecessary spending is not occurring.
Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the facility and facility vehicles.
Make sure all credit card receipts are being properly e-mailed to accounting and managers.
Oversee the client intake process, complete related paperwork, review and obtain signatures on all consents at the time of admission, assign additional duties to tech staff as necessary. Oversee the client discharge process and assign duties to tech staff as necessary.
Participate in treatment team meetings on a weekly basis.
Manage client charts, ensuring new charts are opened when necessary, charts are audited and closed in a timely manner.
Responsible for the hiring process of new tech staff; responsible for the completion of related paperwork and documentation; assist in the training of these new staff. Participate in and conduct tech staff performance reviews.
Manage tech schedules to ensure that all shifts are covered and staff are not entering into overtime hours. Oversee timekeeping system to ensure that all timecards are submitted to payroll in a timely manner and report any error or corrections to payroll as soon as possible.
Possess a complete and working knowledge of tech jobs to be able to help, support, and encourage tech staff. Will be responsible for covering tech shifts when needed.
Ensures staff adherence to Infection Control Protocols.
Must be available to take on-call shifts.
Serves as a positive role model to staff, residents, employees and guests through a positive, caring, and professional attitude.
Maintains the confidential nature of resident and program related activities.
Must demonstrate tact, initiative, resourcefulness, professional manner, enthusiasm, and non-judgmental attitude.
Available to perform requested tasks and accept responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.
Qualifications:
Verbal and written communication skills required
Previous treatment experience required
Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment
Ability to multitask in a high pressured environment
Ability to be compassionate to clients
Ability to utilize strong ethical boundaries, when needed
Excellent time management skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, KIPU preferred
Proficiency with Google Drive (word, docs, etc.)
