Examples of Work
Third-level seasoned professional position considered an expert in a more complex public assistance programs that evaluates the effectiveness of benefit and eligibility programs by auditing processes and reporting finding to the stakeholder. At this level, employees are lead workers within their area of expertise and are resources for solving complex problems involving multiple programs or issues and coordination of benefits across multiple programs or reconciliation of benefits in programs involving both state and federal laws and regulations. At this level, employees may advocate in an appeals process. May be required to perform case management work.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years of experience. For the Division of Medicaid, an Associate's Degree and 6+ years of experience.
