We’re hiring Bell Person/Lobby Attendants to Live. Work. Explore. this summer!
Job Summary:
Greeting guests, assisting with luggage transport, and providing information about the hotel and surrounding areas. This role also includes maintaining cleanliness in public spaces, managing fireplace operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests while adhering to company policies and safety practices.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: late-May through early-October 2025
Pay: $10.65/hr + tips
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Location: Many Glacier Hotel

Responsibilities:
- Greet all arriving/departing guests.
- Transport luggage to and from guest rooms.
- Assist the Guest Services team as directed.
- Answer guests inquiries about the hotel, park, and surrounding areas.

Clean public areas in lobby, restrooms, and meeting/convention rooms:
- Trash removal, vacuum, dust, move lobby furniture, etc.
- Build and start fire in fireplaces.
- Follow Company and departmental environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Must be able to work as a team or alone.
- Directly related experience preferred.
- Ability to handle guest concerns in a tactful and caring manner.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling luggage up to 100 pounds.
- Frequent carrying luggage up and down narrow flights of stairs.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Working in various weather conditions.
- Working safely with required chemicals.
