Bartender
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
Duties
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 – 25 per week

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
- Experience with POS systems; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote beverage specials or upsell items.
- Proven bartending skills, including knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
- Understanding of food handling practices within the food industry.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
