Bartender and Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Servers will be responsible for taking orders and providing guests with a great experience. Strong customer service skills are a must. Pay based on experience. Management opportunities for qualified candidates.
Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage transactions.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
Handle cash register operations accurately, including cash handling and basic retail math calculations.

Qualifications

Previous bartending/serving experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be of legal drinking and/or serving age as per local regulations.
